Our Pastry Chef, and Advanced Cake Decoration Specialist,
Meagan Rigby- Leroux, insists on perfection. She cracks all
the eggs, blends the fresh ingredients, and painstakingly
places each detail to the edible art by hand. She even delivers
the cake to your venue. Your wedding is her only priority
of the day. This ensures the highest quality of design, taste,
and performance is never compromised.
With over fifteen year’s experience, Meagan Rigby-
Leroux, graduated with Honors achieving a Baker and Patisserie
Apprenticeship Diploma from George Brown Culinary College.
She received her Master Cake Decoration Diploma from the prestige’s
McCall’s School of Cake Decoration, and went on to specialize
at McCall’s receiving another Skills Diploma in Gum
Paste Flowers.
